Ahhh…this is one of those weeks where there are not enough hours in the days. Craziness, and honestly I’m not sure why, it is a short week, or maybe that is why.

I often times see things on Pintrest and ask myself ’Hmm…I wonder if that really works?’ This brownie mix, from Fake It Frugal, is one of those pins. The pin said ‘Never buy boxed brownie mix again!’ I know I love to bake, but I also kind of like boxed brownies, they are pretty yummy and super convenient.

Here is your answer: This brownie mix is delicious! Not only is is really easy, it is free from preservatives and it costs about .30 cents per mix. It also would make a great gift around Christmas time!
So if you were wondering ‘Hmmm…I wonder if this really is just like a boxed brownie mix?’ The answer is yes!
Brownie Mix from Fake It Frugal
makes one 8×8 pan, you can double the recipe if you are needing more for a 13×9.
I added a few white chocolate chips to our brownies.
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder.
Ingredients to Add:
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour batter into a greased 8×8 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
